Jason Manasse  Director, CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO of Orion Data Analysis Corporation, Jason Manasse leads the company’s vision and appearance in the market place. In his role, Manasse is responsible for the overall stability of the company, establishing and negotiating the major relationships and is accountable for all financial aspects of the business. He has lead the company through two rounds of funding, secured deals with the major industry players, and plays an integral role in the development of the company’s products. Prior to founding the Company, Manasse spent 8 years in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing in software sales and licensing including distribution deals of over $2 million in under a year-and-a-half. He also managed the renegotiation and evaluation of technology agreements that led to company saving more than $1 million dollars. Manasse spent over 6 years at Quisic.com structuring licensing deals, raising capital, maintaining low overhead, and selling to new markets.

  

Gibby McCaleb  COO & Co-Founder

McCaleb is the Chief Operating Officer of Orion Data Analysis Corporation (ODAC) and is responsible for managing the company’s internal operations and client deliverables. McCaleb has more than 15 years of experience in information technology and business management, including the supervision of extensive operational, project and client affairs. As a technology consultant, McCaleb has provided services for companies such as TransAmerica, Pinnacle, the Government of Dubai and Sun Microsystems. Prior to joining ODAC, McCaleb founded Covert Group, a high-end software consulting and systems integration company, whose clients include Oracle and ATG. McCaleb developed all corporate procedures, implemented sales and technology strategies and managed client interaction. Prior to Covert Group, he served as the director of Internet technology for QUISIC, where he was responsible for infrastructure, systems administration, and managing external relationships. Of his many professional accomplishments, McCaleb is most proud of the company he founded in post-war Iraq, which created the country’s first Internet Service Provider (ISP), TigrisNet. Within six short weeks he oversaw the planning and execution of all aspects of the ISP, which built out a complex network to serve the entire city of Baghdad.

  

Stephen Oh  Director, VP Products & Co-Founder

Oh serves as VP Products and is the Co-Founder of Orion Data Analysis Corporation. In his role, he oversees all product strategy, specifically in the area of developing and managing new and existing products. He is also responsible for creating original prototypes and concepts that are the foundation for ODAC’s simulation engines. Prior to joining ODAC, Oh served as the COO and CFO for Set Resources, Inc., a Santa Monica based entertainment-marketing firm. While there, he managed daily operations, client services and directed corporate strategy. During his tenure, he oversaw a prestigious roster of clients including Proctor & Gamble, Nestle and The Dial Corp., and increased the firm’s revenues by 100 percent for each of his three years with the company. Prior to that, Oh was a corporate operations and strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, playing a key role in the development of major B2B online marketplaces including Chemconnect (serving the chemical industry) and Transora (for the consumer packaged goods market). Oh earned a master’s degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan. It was during his graduate work that he learned many of the forecasting techniques, which served as the early basis for ODAC’s core technology. In addition to his love of statistical analysis, Oh is an avid sports fan who watches more than 40 hours of sports programming a week.
