Entertainment, CBS (Big Brother and Survivor), iFilm, Starz On Demand, Playboy) for the carriage, distribution and packaging rights to their content over IP, at various times managing relationships with four of the largest media companies in the world (Viacom, Disney, AOL Time Warner and News Corporation). He has also negotiated distribution relationships with the Internet’s largest portals (Yahoo, AOL, Google and MSN), as well as some of the biggest video aggregators in the mobile world (MobiTV, Sprint TV, Qualcomm, and Verizon Wireless) and many others. Russell Fine ChairmanRussell Fine is a corporate development, technology and finance specialist who has more than 15 years experience launching new ventures and directing all aspects of business operations including constructing and re-structuring business strategies and models; raising funds; facilitating executive recruitment and staffing; and overseeing development and deployment of technical products. He built his multi-faceted skill base while advising blue clients on internet strategies and launching and managing his own multi-million dollar company, Youbet.com which he handed off to new management earlier this year. Fine co-founded Youbet.com, the only legal online wagering company in the U.S. and developed the company’s business and financial models and products. He participated in raising funding in excess of $100 million. Fine built all critical departments, including development, quality assurance, network operations, and content operations. He headed a product team responsible for developing an innovative, interactive wagering application that remains state-of-the-art today. Fine developed and implemented strategy for Youbet.com’s expansion into the Nevada gambling market. Jason Manasse Saeed Mohasseb DirectorSid Mohasseb is the managing director of Venture Farm LLC, an early stage execution and funding organization. He is also an executive member of the Tech Coast Angels. Formerly, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Vital Source, Inc. a global distributor of electronic components with offices in United States, Europe and Asia. Sid has also served as the Chairman / CEO of Competitive Knowledge Inc (CKI) - a VC backed Internet Company. After his career as a partner of a management consulting firm, Sid founded the national management consulting firm of Anabasis-Straub, focusing on strategy & operations and serving the fortune 500. Sid has also been instrumental in a number of corporate acquisitions and turnarounds both as and investor / advisor and as an executive operator. He has served on numerous corporate and advisory boards. Mohasseb has authored several publications, is the architect for the award-winning software solutions such as the Resource Allocation model (RAM) and is co-credited for two pending business process patents. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) with a B.S. and an M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research and Technical Economic Planning. Mark Nielsen DirectorMark Nielsen has more than 15 years of board experience working with high tech companies and organizations. His 17 years as a CEO for 6 companies, both private and public, give him a unique hands-on background for the challenges faced by companies in all phases. Mark has raised over $20 million in capital, been involved in more than 6 acquisitions from both sides of the table, and overseen both startups and turnarounds. He has an almost 20 year background in the wireless industry, as well as software. Mark has served at the board level with startups, closely-held private companies, a national trade association, and a small public company. He is currently the Chairman of ISD Corporation, a private software company, and Chairman/CEO of Wireless21. Mark has also served on the boards of the American Electronics Association, Avery Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:ATEX), Jazz Institute of Chicago, NetCaliph, Inc., Primal Solutions, Inc., and Subscriber Computing, Inc.
